ABOUT ARTBARCS
What Is ArtBarcs?
Imagine a three year effort to locate, identify, and personally interview 700 of the most promising gifted artists from 5 continents. Imagine a website that introduces you to a new world of inspiring, yet comprehensible artwork from these artists. Imagine a website so interactive and fun, that the site actually predicts which artwork you will love most, and compares your choices with thousands of other art loves. A site where every artist has a chance to become the global audience favorite.
You don’t need to imagine any more because you have already arrived! Welcome to
ArtBarcs.com, where you can be a patron of the arts without having a degree in art; where you can explore and purchase fine artwork in an enjoyable and welcoming setting. To get started, just browse, “love,” and view our suggestions. Then we’ll send you price lists and details about the pieces you’ve loved.
Our simple mission: to make art collecting enjoyable, educational, and stress free.
Who are the ArtBarcs Patrons?
ArtBarcs is a place to become a patron of the arts without feeling like you need an advanced degree. Our patrons are sophisticated professionals who have the means and desire to begin or expand their fine arts collection, and who desire a new, different, complementary approach to traditional ways to explore and collect fine art.
ArtBarcs is for not only for individuals, but also for businesses, law firms, restaurants, hotels, and interior designers who desire a comprehensive yet efficient way to explore an expansive collection of curated fine art, quickly determine which pieces fit their budgets and styles, and to organize and even set up the collection. We specialize in building entire collections for trades clients, and our artwork is available both for sale and for lease.
For Artists
ArtBarcs aims to discover and promote emerging and established artists from all over the globe. Artists are discovered through international travel and extensive research, and are further evaluated by the ArtBarcs curatorial team, led by Lucy Q. Liu. ArtBarcs has a specific curatorial focus, with a strong preference for art that demonstrates both strong technique and has an immediate aesthetic appeal. We have curatorial sub-categories specifically for interiors and particular global collections. Once invited, your artwork will be viewed by a growing global audience of patrons who signal their further interest in particular pieces by “loving” specific artwork on the website.
